About ISHTA Yoga
Sabine Koetting in bull seat pose Style: Sabine's teaching reflects the ISHTA philosophy to tailor the yoga practice to the individual rather than fitting the individual to the practice.
Lotus flower Style: Instead of aiming for the "perfect posture", poses are selected, sequenced, and modified to suit individual abilities, needs, and goals. Sabine focuses on correct, safe alignment and gives modifications for the individual student to accommodate different and changing levels of strength, flexibility as well as personal histories of stress, fatigue, injury etc. The small class size (maximum of 9 students) allows for this individual attention.
