Style: Sabine's teaching reflects the ISHTA philosophy to tailor the yoga practice to the individual rather than fitting the
individual to the practice.
Style: Instead of aiming for the "perfect posture", poses are selected, sequenced, and modified
to suit individual abilities, needs, and goals. Sabine focuses on correct, safe alignment and gives modifications for
the individual student to accommodate different and changing levels of strength, flexibility as well as personal
histories of stress, fatigue, injury etc. The small class size (maximum of 9 students) allows for this individual
attention.
Style:
In her classes she combines the transformative power of moving with the breath flow (vinyasa) with practices of holding
poses to build stamina and flexibility. Pranayama, meditation and other techniques to uncover the healing power that
is within all of us round up her teaching.
Style: Sabine's teaching style is profound, energetic and challenging for the body, mind and soul. Her classes manage to be
strength- as well as flexibility-building while encouraging a spirit of non-competition and introspection. Her
teaching always relates the asanas, pranayama and meditation back to the individual by encouraging to explore the
effects of these tools on the energetic system, mind, body and emotions.
Style: Sabine teaches her classes in English to acknowledge her growing community of cosmopolitan students from different
European countries (including Germany) and overseas.
